By purchasing any of our products, you ("the user" or "customer") agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Any failure to comply with these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your use of the product and legal action where applicable.
The BL4CKOUT Plate is intended solely for private use, such as photography, exhibitions, car meets, events, track use, and other off-road purposes. It is not approved or legal for use on public roads. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase and use of the BL4CKOUT Plate comply with all applicable local, state, provincial, federal, or international laws and regulations. BL4CKOUT Labs and its affiliates assume no liability for any legal penalties, fines, or consequences arising from the improper or illegal use of the BL4CKOUT Plate on public roads. The customer acknowledges and agrees that BL4CKOUT Labs provides no guarantee or representation regarding the legality of the product in their jurisdiction, and any legal responsibility remains entirely with the customer. By purchasing this product, you agree that it is your responsibility to verify its legality in your jurisdiction. Bl4ckout Labs is not liable for any legal or financial consequences resulting from your use or possession of this product.

BL4CKOUT Labs expressly prohibits and does not endorse the use of the BL4CKOUT Plate on any public roads or in any situation that violates local, state, provincial, federal, or international laws.
All marketing materials, including videos, images, and advertisements shared across BL4CKOUT Labs’ official social media channels (including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Google) are strictly intended for promotional purposes only. These materials may include fictional or exaggerated scenarios designed to attract viewers' attention through humor, irony, or hypothetical situations. Any references within our content to scenarios such as “never getting arrested again” or “never paying a toll” are purely for entertainment and branding purposes and do not constitute an endorsement, encouragement, or approval of illegal or improper use of the BL4CKOUT Plate.
By creating, publishing, and sharing these materials, BL4CKOUT Labs does not intend to misrepresent the legal limitations of its products. Our advertising materials are curated to resonate with automotive enthusiasts while maintaining full compliance with platform policies and advertising regulations. BL4CKOUT Labs shall not be liable for any misinterpretations of our marketing content as an endorsement of unlawful activity or as an indication of the BL4CKOUT Plate’s legality for use on public roads. All responsibility for compliance with applicable laws and regulations remains with the customer. Additionally, any use of the BL4CKOUT Plate outside of explicitly approved settings, as well as any actions taken based on perceived implications in our promotional content, are solely the responsibility of the user. BL4CKOUT Labs is fully committed to abiding by and upholding all applicable advertising standards and legal requirements.
Furthermore, BL4CKOUT Labs has implemented clear disclaimers in all relevant advertising and promotional contexts to ensure that viewers understand our product's intended and lawful applications. Any deviation from this approved usage by customers is not authorized or endorsed by BL4CKOUT Labs. All BL4CKOUT Plates are manufactured according to specific dimensions that are clearly listed on our product pages. The customer is solely responsible for verifying that the dimensions provided are suitable for their specific use case. While a BL4CKOUT Plate may be advertised as compatible with certain regions (e.g., Europe, UK, etc.), we do not guarantee compatibility with every license plate size within those regions. Customers must measure their license plates to ensure that the dimensions match the specifications provided before purchasing.
All license plates used with our BL4CKOUT Plate covers must not exceed 2mm in thickness to fit into our brackets. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that their license plate meets this requirement. No returns or refunds will be provided for products that do not fit due to incorrect thickness or dimensions of the user's license plate. The BL4CKOUT Plate must be used on flat license plates as it’s embedded in a glass cover that offers no flexibility.
The BL4CKOUT Plate is a privacy accessory intended exclusively for off-road and private use scenarios and does not guarantee protection against theft, vandalism, or other criminal activities. BL4CKOUT Labs disclaims all liability for any damages, losses, or legal issues resulting from the use or misuse of the BL4CKOUT Plate. The customer assumes full responsibility for the use of the BL4CKOUT Plate, including any consequences resulting from misuse or illegal use. BL4CKOUT Labs will not be held accountable for damages, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, regardless of how they arise.
The BL4CKOUT Plate is intended solely for use in private, controlled settings such as exhibitions, car shows, and on private property. It is not designed or approved for public road use. In some jurisdictions, even the purchase or possession of this product may be restricted. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that the purchase, use, or installation of the BL4CKOUT Plate is legal in their region or country. BL4CKOUT Labs and its affiliates assume no liability for any consequences arising from the illegal use or purchase of the product in prohibited jurisdictions. By purchasing the product, the customer acknowledges that they have verified and understood the applicable laws in their region.
BL4CKOUT Labs is responsible for the safe packaging, inspection, and dispatch of products until they reach the customer's designated customs office. Once a product reaches customs in the customer's country, BL4CKOUT Labs is no longer liable for any delays, holds, or issues regarding customs clearance. We will assist in contacting customs and shipping providers in an attempt to resolve issues; however, we do not guarantee resolution, nor are we obligated to replace or refund the product in these circumstances. The customer is solely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required for the release of the package.
If the customer refuses to pay applicable customs fees or duties, and the package is returned to BL4CKOUT Labs, the following fees will be deducted from any potential refund:
The final refund amount is determined at the sole discretion of BL4CKOUT Labs. Refunds may not cover the full purchase price, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund depending on the circumstances of the return.
For non-preorder items, BL4CKOUT Labs aims to process and ship orders within one business day. However, during periods of high demand, handling time may extend to up to 7 business days. Customers will be notified of any delays via email. We strongly recommend that customers regularly check their email, including spam folders, for updates regarding their orders. Failure to monitor email communications will not be grounds for expedited handling or compensation for delays.
Pre-order items are fully refundable until the product is shipped. Once a product has been shipped, refunds are only available for defective products, provided that:

All orders are subject to acceptance by BL4CKOUT Labs. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected misuse, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability. If an order is canceled by BL4CKOUT Labs, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Service, the BL4CKOUT Plate, or any other products or services provided by BL4CKOUT Labs will be resolved under Canadian jurisdiction. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Canada for any legal proceedings.
The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant local, state, federal, and international laws, rules, and regulations before purchasing and using the BL4CKOUT Plate. BL4CKOUT Labs makes no guarantee or representation regarding the legality of the product in the purchaser’s jurisdiction. The customer assumes full liability for any penalties, fines, or legal action resulting from the use of the product in non-compliant or illegal settings. The customer is also responsible for ensuring that the product matches their vehicle's requirements, and no refunds or returns will be offered for incorrect sizing.
By purchasing the BL4CKOUT Plate, the customer agrees to use the product in a responsible, ethical, and lawful manner. Any misuse, whether intentional or unintentional, is the sole responsibility of the customer. BL4CKOUT Labs will not be held liable for any consequences or damages arising from the misuse of the product. The customer agrees to comply with all laws and regulations that govern the use of the BL4CKOUT Plate.
By purchasing and using the BL4CKOUT Plate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. This agreement constitutes a binding contract between you and BL4CKOUT Labs. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to purchase or use the BL4CKOUT Plate.
BL4CKOUT Labs reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is recommended that users regularly review these terms to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the BL4CKOUT Plate following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
